A George V hip flask, Mappin & Webb, Sheffield 1925, the colourless glass body of rounded rectangular form, crocodile leather mount, detachable silver stirrup cup and bayonet clasp cap, 12.2cm long

Stirrup cup shows denting to corners, moderate scratching and wear throughout, but no signs of splitting, thinning or repair. Large dent to the cap, moderate scratching and wear to the mount, but no signs of splitting, thinning or repair. Clasp in working order. The mount is wobbly. Large fracture to the glass opening, but no other cracks, chips or losses to the bottle, general scratching and wear commensurate with age and use only. Heavy splitting, wear and tear to the leather mount. See pictures for illustration.
