A Gauge One live steam Midland Railway (ex. London, Tilbury & Southend Railway) 79 Class 'Tilbury Tank' 4-4-2T locomotive. Spirit fired, two cylinder, slip eccentric model in brass etc. With regulator , pressure gauge and hand water pump in side tank (no axle pump). Servo motor fitted to regulator for radio controlled running. Built to the Paul Forsyth design using parts from a Keith Cousins kit. Constructed to a good standard and painted as 2179 in lined maroon livery to a reasonable standard, with sprung axel boxes and buffers. Contained within a custom built wooden carrying case. Sold without boiler certificate etc, and therefore as a collector's model only. Together with a Southern Railway 4-wheel utility van in maroon, containing two batteries and circuitry to operate servo in loco cab. GC, some use evident, minor losses to paintwork, etc. £600-800
