Martin, spotting to 40 plates as called for and indeed is the norm, a good to vg copy with the usual amount of spotting, Chapman an Hall, London, 1839; 'Master Humphrey's Clock,' first edition, three volumes bound in two, rebound in a contemporary half calf with marbled boards, rubbed and bumped, engravings throughout, some finger soiling and spotting, good, 1840 and 1841.
