** PLYMOUTH - P.O.W. CENSORED COVER EX PRISON HULK 'HECTOR' WITH MANUSCRIPT "Exd. F.D."; June 1810 EL (partial typed transcript; some wear and a blank side-flap removed inside) from POW "Bardonenche" headed from "Plymouth, [Prison Ship] Hector" to his sister in Lyons charged "11" (no other postal marks) along with manuscript censor's "Exd. F.D." on the flap (see MFPWE p.214). Bardonenche asks for money and talks at length about the possibilities of an exchange - particularly for a British POW in Montpellier.
