A Bourne Denby Danesby ware square jardiniere glazed in green with four lug handles, with a tubelined border, printed mark, height 16cm, together with a later 20th Century studio pottery jug with an abstract band to the shoulder, incised SW 93 to the base, height 17.5cm. (2)
Both have likely been sat in a conservatory as a little grubby and dusty. The jardinere has been used and shows use. Both with spots of white emulsion.
