A .65” Tower New Land pattern flintlock holster pistol, 15” overall, barrel 8¾” with small ordnance proofs (indistinct); the lock bearing unusually crude crown over “GR” and “Tower” (reminiscent of “Dublin Castle” markings); walnut fullstock with regulation pattern brass mounts and swivel ramrod. GWO & basically GC (worn overall, particularly the steel parts which have wear and pitting and dark patina). £500-600.
