Sir Stuart Mallinson; two US press photographs of the Churchill and Soames families at the ceremony and another photograph of the statue; three Orders of Service for memorial services at Coventry Cathedral, Salisbury Cathedral and Westerham Parish Church; a metal plaque enamelled with Churchill’s coat-of-arms; and two centenary event programmes
