An Aesthetic Movement late 19th century bird's eye maple & amboyna wood veneer card / games table. The table having a rectangular lift up top with chamfered edges and canted corners. The top opening to reveal a felt lined centre with tooled edges. Fitted frieze below, all raised on turned reeded ebonised supports united by X stretcher with central turned finial.

From the private collection of psychological illusionist Derren Brown. The table has been used many timed throughout the years by Derren to practice illusions / card tricks.
