Pair of Barr & Stroud 7x CF41 binoculars with War Department arrow, serial number 36997, probably naval or issued to lighthouse keepers, within leather case.
Binoculars are working but image is cloudy, when looking from the other side there appears to be a film of something covering view. Case and strap are fine.
