Both published in 1804 and 1809. 1804 edition was printed in London for Richard Phillips and sold by Thomas Hurst. 1809 edition was printed in London for Sherwood, Neely, and Jones, Paternoster Row, by T. Gillet, Crown-court, Fleetstreet.
