An Antique Diamond, Ruby, Emerald and Yellow Sapphire Brooch.
The brooch is set with a ruby (untested but probably Burma (c.0.40ct)) in diamond surround (c. 0.30ct TDW) with additional emeralds and yellow sapphires mounted to the bar. Tests indicate the gold is 18ct. Likely 19th Century.
