A pair of white metal diamond flower earrings, set with estimated approx 1.60cts of old cut diamonds, 2.1gms
The earrings are made from un hallmarked white metal, I'm leaning towards white gold rather than platinum, they just don't have the fineness, No we don't test any un hallmarked items, just not possible. The butterflies are not hallmarked either and probably not the originals.
Diamonds;- all old cuts approx diameter of central diamonds 3.2mm outer diamonds approx 3mm. Nice quality diamonds bright and clean by eye, with a loope, a few clear feather type inclusions, and a tiny bit of carbon, one diamond has a unpolished out cleavage fracture, just eye visible if you know where to look.
