A George III carved mahogany (?) and gilt gesso slide chair in the "French" style with carved and channelled frame decorated with anthemion and floral decoration. Upholstered stuff over serpentine seat pad and backrest; supported by shaped cabriole legs. 46 cm wide x 45 cm deep x 98 cm overall height, 45 cm high to the seat.
