Railway. Modern Traction-Neil Harvey Collection. A collection of modern traction slides, by published photographer, Neil Harvey of Halifax. There are approx. 200 x 35mm colour slides on Agfachrome, Fuji and Kodak film stock, the slides are stored in plastic Gepe cassette boxes. The Agfa slides have faded colours with a blue hue, this can be corrected with the appropraite software. This selection dates from April 1987-Aug. 1987 and features a variety of traction, including diesels, electrics and several multiple units, mostly taken at the lineside. Locations include: Sowerby Bridge, Heaton Lodge, Newsholme, Giggleswick, Saddleworth Viaduct, North Killingholme, Church Fenton, Ulverston and others. A particular feature of the slides is the comprehensive captions, including date, time, day date, train, loco number and camera settings and film type! Copyright will pass to the purchaser.
