1662 Charles II silver Crown, no rose, dated edge (S 3352, Bull 351). Obverse: right-facing draped laureate bust with 'CAROLVS · II · DEI · GRATIA' around, blank beneath the truncation. Reverse: crowned cruciform shields of royal arms with a central garter star and interlinked 'C's in the angles, 'MAG · BR · FRA · ET · HIB · REX · 1662' around. Edge: raised lettering which reads '* + * · DECVS ET TUTAMEN · * + * · 1662'. Weight: 29.14g. Diameter: 40mm. Grade: aF - around Fine, mid-tone with what appears to be a die flaw across the reverse.
