Sep. 1900 with 'OPENED UNDER MARTIAL LAW' label, Nov. 1900 with red 'RECOVERED FROM MAILS/LOOTED BY THE ENEMY' and env. addressed in the hand of Lt Gen Lord Methuen, plus Mafeking 3d on 1d lilac (2 on piece, serif and sans-serif); and Feb. 1899 env.
