Royal Navy QV 1827 Pattern officer's sword and scabbard, ricasso marked R.H. Hancox Landport (a Portsmouth based Co), blade 50% ornately edged including crown/fouled anchor to both sides, single fuller blade, guard with QV crown/fouled anchor, fold down locking catch, a few minor knicks to blade edge and some light rust spots (should clean up) thus about very fine, leather scabbard with brass fittings (missing 1 hanger ring), heavily creased in 2 places, scabbard thus fair.
With 1950s African dagger and scabbard (thought to be from Nigeria or Ghana), this good very fine. BUYER MUST COLLECT. (Sword & ½B)
