A very valuable collection which includes a fine used example of SG 1 (£1,300), fine used trio of 10k, 20k & 30k values perf. 14½-15 SG 2/4 and 1858 perf. 12½ examples SG 5/7 plus 1864-65 no wmk 1k, 3k & 5k. Further ranges of 'Arms' types with a comprehensive coverage of perf./wmk types and a very high degree of completion inc. the scarce 1884 3r.50 & 7r values used (without 'thunderbolts') SG 47/48 (£2,300); also a small, representative range of Zemstvos (c.20), then solid ranges of definitives & Charity issues through to 1929. This includes thorough coverage of the Soldier/Worker/Peasant issues in a multitude of varieties.
