A 20 bore brass barrelled flintlock holster pistol by Bunney, c 1785, 14¾” overall, 2 stage barrel 9”, the octagonal breech engraved “London” and with spare scroll engraving and early B’ham proofs; the signed lock having brass plate and pan, safety bolt, and swan neck cock; walnut fullstock with brass mounts including floral engraved short eared butt cap, engraved trigger guard with acorn finial, and engraved stepped sideplate; horn tipped wooden ramrod with iron worm.
