WWII era German Kriegsmarine U-Boat brass cased bulkhead clock, the silvered dial set with Arabic numerals within minute marker chapter ring, having Third Reich eagle device above 'M' to the left and '8318' above the letter 'N' to the right, stamped to the brass back '8318', probably made by Kieninger & Obergfell, 20cm diameter.
