Fine and rare Rolex Genéve Cellini 18k gentleman's bracelet watch, ref. 4951/8, circa 1981, serial no. 6944773, octagonal diamond set bezel and diamond encrusted face, mechanical movement, Rolex crown. On the reverse of the watch is an engraving of the Sultanates' official emblem, a pair of red crossed swords and sheathed Khanjar. Above the official emblem is a crown which, in association of the state emblem, is the official personal mark of the Sultan himself. 126.22gm, 26mm. With the original box and insurance valuation from Rolex dated 1986 and others.
Provenance: Gifted to the chief engineer of The Sultanate of Oman Royal Yacht between 1984 and 1990 and was presented with this watch by Sultan Qaboos Bin Said following a very successful voyage in 1986.
