German Imperial cased convex 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class by Godet, Berlin. Fine example with silvered frame and magnetic iron core. Reverse, with hinged tapered flat pin impressed GODET BERLIN and securing hook. Hook to either side of thefine (one now absent). Housed in original case, the fitted interior with purple velvet base and cream silk upper, the lid impressed with outline of the award. GC
