Rare 1941 Royal Christmas Card, Signed by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth!
This Rare Christmas Card Includes a Photograph of the Royal Family; King George VI, Queen Elizabeth, and Their Daughter's Princess Elizabeth, (later Queen Elizabeth II) and Princess Margaret, Stood infront of Crathie Kirk Church, in Scotland, Dated August 1941.
The Front Has Gilt Royal Crown Embossed, Inside Printed Message "WITH BEST WISHES FOR CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR", writen "from", and Personally Signed "George R.I" and "Elizabeth R". Rear is Printed with "Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd, Fine Art Publishers to their Majesties the King and Queen... Made in England", (Size: Approx. 16 x 16cm).
We believe from the seller, his late father recovered this Christmas Card from Lord Louis Mountbatten's London home when it was being restored after bomb damage.
