A Belgian 6 shot 12mm Lefaucheux double action pinfire revolver by Francotte, c 1865, number 67223, sighted octagonal barrel 156mm, the breech stamped “E. FRANCOTTE INVR. BREVETE”, Liege proved, the cylinder and frame engraved with floral rocailles and stamped with Francotte’s “AF” mark (hidden in the engraving), the chequered walnut grips stamped with serial number, and with lanyard ring.
