Italy; 1922-23 "B.L.P." (Busta Lettera Postale = Postal Publicity Stamp) overprint on 40c stamp (13½mm opt. in litho, dark blue) unused on complete lettercard. Generally good condition, but just very slight ageing/touches of toning. Stamp itself is SG B133, cat.£225 (Michel B91IIa, €200). Scarce as stamp, moreso complete.
