A rare George III tea chest Burr-wood veneered and of bombe shape the interior with three tin-plate and brass caddies 25cm wide One foot is missing (these are probably later replacements anyway), there is old tape residue around the caddy, which formerly held the loose end panel in place. Internally one caddy lid has bent up and requires re-soldering. There is no key.
