AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY OAK 30-HOUR LONGCASE CLOCK the hood with architectural pediment above a glazed door with barley twist columns on a slender trunk with D-moulded edge door and glazed lenticle on box base. The 10" square brass dial with crown and cherub spandrels and Roman chapter ring surrounding a matted engraved centre with calendar aperture fronting a weight driven movement with finned pillars striking on a bell (214cm)
