** The artist was born in Farnborough, Kent, he is one of the leading artists of equine art. He studied sculpture at Ravensbourne College of Art, going on to teach for a number of years in Dorset. He is best known for his racing subjects and has exhibited throughout the UK and USA.
The painting is in excellent condition it is un-damaged and has never been restored, the frame is also in very good order.
