RODGER DUNSTER, 1695 - 1747, LONDON AND AMSTERDAM, AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY MARQUETRY INLAID TALL CASE MUSICAL CLOCK
The 12’’ brass arched dial with Roman numeral chapter ring cornered by spandrels,
the interior with brass strike and time movement enhanced by eight bells, containing blind fretwork hood with bronze statues of Grecian figures, above glazed door flanked by barley twist columns, the case profusely inlaid with tropical bird, trumpeting angels and foliage centred with a dimple glazed window, with three brass bound lead weights and pendulum.

Condition: very good throughout, in accordance with age, some expected slight age shrinkage
