A 19th century black slate and bronze mounted mantle clock, circa 1899, Classical form with columns, surmounted by a sculpture by Auguste Moreau, of putti and lion, below a relief moulded frieze of processing figures, 53cm high Note: presented to J F Byrne, cricketer and rugby player, owner of the Manor Rubber Mills (later Dunlop) on his return from Kimberley SA, after the siege of 1900.
