Peter Aldersley was a Radio Luxembourg DJ, an actor and an A&R talent scout at RCA Records. His long career in the music business brought him into contact with numerous stars including Elvis and The Beatles.
This photo was taken backstage in Las Vegas in 1970 with Elvis donating his tandem bicycle to the Society. The bike featured in Elvis?s movie, ?That?s the Way it is? and was later raffled.
Peter died in 1996, aged 72.
