A NAZI GERMANY RAD M37 HEWER, the Hewer was made by Alcoso and was carried by the RAD (REICHSARBEITSCIENST) Reich Labour service, the blade has the motto ' ARBEIT ADEIT' (labour ennobles), the handle is an eagles head and the grip is ivorine, the cross guard has the Swastika, the blade is in good condition and fits tightly into the scabbard, the reverse of the cross guard is scratched and the scabbard has lost some of its plating, the ivorine on the handle does have a split running through in one area, Customers must satisfy themselves prior to sale in regards to conditions and authenticity, viewing is advised, condition reports are available on request
