A rare .177" Abas Major air pistol, c 1945-46, number 916, with side loading tap lever, vertically adjustable rearsight, pellet gauge in cocking lever, and brown Bakelite grips. GWO & basically GC, has been heavily re-finished overall leaving no trace of original markings, re blued, "Abas Major" re-stamped on the left side, and "Abas" on the cocking lever; in a modern green baize lined leather cloth covered carrying case, containing a green Webley pellet tin, packet of Webley pellets, and an oil bottle. Purchasers please note: any air gun manufactured after 1939 must either be collected from our premises or posted to an RFD for face to face transaction. £300-500
