Former Bristol Zoo Gardens - an original c1930s double sided enamel and metal directional sign 'To The Zoo'. Grey enamelled base, with red-painted mounted red lettering. Joined by bolts. Original mounting brackets remain to the end. Believed to have originally been displayed on Guthrie Road, directing visitors to the entrance (similar to that depicted in Lot 167). Measures approx L117cm x W15cm x D3cm. A unique piece of Bristol Zoo history.
