Mappin & Webb: An Art Deco silver, enamel and stone set compact and cigarette case, each piece with green stone and marcasite cluster on a black enamel ground, in original fitted case -
Compact has a chip of approx 12mm to the front enamel; silver is in good condition with clear crisp hallmarks; plaque to the cover is a very little bit loose.
Cigarette case has a small chip of approx 8mm to the reverse of the case; otherwise in good condition, silver is good with clear crisp hallmarks and tight closing.
Box has a some light staining to interior and exterior paper cover is a little scuffed.
