A LATE 17TH CENTURY WALNUT MARQUETRY CLOCK 11 inch dial signed Dan Lecount, London on the silvered chapter ring , date aperture and subsidiary seconds in the matted centre, ringed winding holes, 4 ringed pillar movement in a floral marquetry case with lion and unicorn above the lenticle, barley twist columns, panelled sides. 205cm

Subsidiary seconds hand lacking. Dial will require thorough clean. Slight casting fault at 6 o'clock. Movement will require thorough overhaul but is essentially complete. No key. Pair of period brass-cased weights and pendulum.
Cheeks built up. Hood on case has some old woodworm in top. Some moulding missing to bottom left and right side. Later bun feet. Case generally sound with slight lifting to veneers.
