A 19th century mahogany converted pianola, inscribed Johannes Preston, Londini Fecit 1796, No.97 Strand, hand painted with decoration in the form of bell flower swags on a cream ground, the interior lid having a long painted panel depicting figures amids folly's in gardens; enclosing a fitted interior of drawers and compartments, raised on square tapered legs and spade feet, 82cm by 166cm by 62cm.
