[ship] Kent" with boxed "INDIA LETTER/DARTMOUTH" hs (fuzzy impression, crease; Proud, UP4, p.257; 23/3/1822-23/12/1822 usage) on the front above a 3rd-Type "PORT LOUIS/UNPAID" in oily-brown ink (mostly fine, crease) plus ms "3/1" charge at the treble 11d letter rate + 4d India letter.
