A worksplate, GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY Co, No 1407, MAKERS, DONCASTER, 1913, from a GNR J22 Class 0-6-0 No 572 built in September 1913 which became LNER J6 Class No 3572 and was renumbered 4221 in 1946 becoming BR 64221. Its BR sheds were New England, Hornsey and Colwick from where it was withdrawn on 1 January 1958 and cut up at Doncaster Works. Fully engraved brass, 12¼"x7½", the front lightly polished, the back stamped with the engine number. (Postage Band: C)
