A collection of 20th century Chinese fans, to include two examples with cream gauze leaves, embroidered with blossom and birds in flight, both with black lacquered sticks decorated in gold; a fan with bone monture and paper leaf decorated with leaves; an example with exotic birds, marked “Made in China”; a fan with wood monture fashioned after bamboo; and a paper fan with silver decoration (6)
The first 2 fans have some damage to the leaf and the smaller example has sticks stuck to the guard.
