A blue gemstone set dress ring, the central rectangular emerald cut untested gemstone (measuring 20mm x 15mm x 9mm), claw set in white metal to engraved shoulders set with colourless gemstones, continuing to a plain polished white metal band, stamped '925', ring size P 1/2, weight 15.1gms

Condition is good. The central stone has sharp facets and facet edges, but there is nibbling and small fractures to the faceted edges, concentrated around the girdle of the stone. There does appear to be a small, opaque black inclusion just beneath the surface of the table facet, but other wise the stone is very clean. Claw settings are in good order and the central stone is secure. All stones to shoulders are in tact. Shank is in good order, no signs of thinning, splitting, misshaping, resizing or repair. General scratching and wear only.
