1840-QEII PRE-DECIMAL COLLECTION: Stock book holding a general collection, mostly used to KGVI and mint from QEII onwards. Commencing with fair 4 margin 1840 1d black ME, 3 margin 1840 2d blue and a representative range of subsequent line-engraved issues, 1d red plates to 224, 6d, 10d & 1/- embossed (the 10d with good margins but heavy cancel), extensive range of surface printed issues with many different plate nos. represented, values up to 1883 10/- ultramarine, 1883-84 'green & lilacs' set, 1887 £1 green (this with a pulled corner perf. otherwise sound), etc. KEVII values to 10/- ultramarine, KGV used ranges inc. 2 x 10/- sea horses plus 1934 re-engraved set, QEII mint issues to 1966, etc. (Few 100s)
