A DOULTON LAMBETH HANNAH BARLOW BALUSTER VASE / LAMP BASE WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE, the flared neck with green glazed interior, the shoulder incised with foliate scrolls above a wide band incised with a dog encountering two harnessed ponies pulling timber, incised with a leaf design to the base, drilled hole in the side towards base for lamp cable, circular foot, impressed, incised and painted marks to the underside, including date 1885, 727 and monograms, height 31cm, (Condition Report: the rim has a large firing fault as well as a number of large breaks with glued repairs, some losses, patch of white paint to the sky, the foot has six chips around the foot of varying sizes)
