German. Pre-WW II SA ceremonial dagger. The blade by Lauterjung & Co. Solingen. The SA badge at the pommel has been replaced with an SS badge. (The dagger was obtained by the vendor's uncle who was in Germany fighting, then still there after the surrender. After the war, SS items were in demand as souvenirs and it is possible the dagger was doctored to make it more attractive, probably exchanged for food or cigarettes) In otherwise good condition.
