Recovererd treasure from the Hollandia being a Dutch Ducaton (Silver Rider) of Gelderland. In shipwrecked condition, with little obverse detail remaining. With a fragment of Sotheby's original sale label. The East Indiaman ship Hollandia was wrecked near the Scilly Isles in 1743. The renowned diver Rex Cowan and his team recovered approx 35,000 coins. £70-100
