1471-1483 Edward IV Second Reign hammered silver Groat struck at the London mint (S 2096). Obverse: facing portrait with no marks on either side of the bust and trefoils on the cusps of the enclosing tressure of arcs. The mintmark is indistinguishable. Reverse: long cross, dividing beaded circles, three pellets in each of the central angles, 'CIVI TAS LON DON' in the middle ring. Weight: 2.58g. Weight: 25.5mm.
