AN EGYPTIAN FAIENCE CAT AMULET, LATE PERIOD TO PTOLEMAIC PERIOD, 664-30 B.C.

This amulet, made from green faience, depicts a seated cat, a creature deeply revered in ancient Egyptian culture.
