19th century Indian silk embroidered shawl having allover botehs, flowerheads, peacocks and other motifs, in gold, blue and black, on a madder ground, 167cm x 162cm
Some staining to the centre and on one side, some tears to the trim, a small hole in one area of the material (all shown in pictures), also several pulled threads. Gold coloured thread.
