STEIFF, A RARE EARLY 20TH CENTURY 'CINNAMON' TEDDY BEAR
Having central seam construction, black button eyes, pronounced snout with vertical stitching to nose, elongated paws and hump back, pronounced snout with vertical stitching and blue leather collar marked 'Teddy'.
(approx 45cm x 25cm)

Provenance: originally belonging to Miss Joan Mary Shelmerdine, 1899 - 1994, Author of 'An Introduction to Woodstock, Oxfordshire' and founder of The Samson Press, the press archives and equipment are now owned by the oxford university Bodleian library .

Condition: some wear to snout, seat and fabric pads
