A GWR cabside numberplate, 2822, from a 2800 Class 2-8-0 built at Swindon in January 1907. Allocated to Aberdare by January 1948, its later sheds included Chester, Shrewsbury, Banbury, Taunton and Bristol Barrow Road from where it was withdrawn on 27 November 1964 and sold for scrap to Hayes at Bridgend.
